Gift Certificates do not expire. Let me know who gifted you the reading by leaving me a message when booking. This is a personal and potent gift both in energy and information. Know that the person who gave this to you and me are completely respectful of your choice to use this in your own perfect time. There is no rush. If for any reason you are not guided to have an Akashic Record Reading, please let me know before use. I will simply refund the purchaser on file or you are welcome to donate your gift certificate. All donations, tips and gratuities will go to www.KittyBungalow.org where I volunteer my talents and services to. PLEASE NOTE: 10% of the original purchase of your gift certificate was donated to fix and care for local homeless kittens and cats so they too can live healthy and happy lives.

Cancellation Policy

All sessions are non refundable. Courtesy is appreciated in case of an emergency. Please contact Michelle at least 24 hours prior to your session to reschedule and she will give you details on how to re book your appointment online for a later date. If you "feel complete" or "feel full" before your session is up, the remaining time can be either 1. applied to your next session 2. donated to local homeless animals 3. donated to BringingtheSacredBack.org land retrieval project.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your reading within 10 minutes after the opening of your Akashic Records, a full refund will be issued to the purchaser on file.
